On Tuesday 18th April the children in Cherry class came to school to find Mrs Sensecall and Mrs Connolly dressed in Victorian costumes! They were going to spend a day in a Victorian classroom! The children had to write with chalks on slate (black paper) and they had to stand up every time an adult entered the room and greet them, saying e.g. "Good morning Mrs Evans!" It has been a very interesting morning so far and the children have learnt a lot about Victorian times.
